Job Description
Our client, a Fortune 100 company in the Greater Boston area, is currently looking for a Program Manager for Technical Field Readiness and Skills Transformation. In this role, you will become part of a technical-audience-interfacing team, driving strategic field and partner readiness programs for a Technology Education Organization. Ideal Program Managers will have experience on web content management and Adobe Dreamweaver.
Responsibilities:
- Establish project management framework for driving multiple field readiness programs
- Drive discussions and capture decisions involving the audience-interfacing teams who receives field-readiness requirements on continuous basis
- Present summarized list of key decisions and considerations to the program management team. Influence designs of existing and new field-readiness programs
- Enhance program communications through refinement of communication vehicles and tools
- Direct e-mails from Global Services and Partner management organizations
- Internal and external online community platform (Community Network)
- Education Services Website – Global Services View, Partner View
- Others
- Drive program messaging creation and internal marketing/communication efforts
- Drive the tailored messaging creation efforts
- Ensure messaging consistency by involving communications core team
- Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines
- Measure effectiveness of internal communications and formulate ideas for further refinement of the use of communication vehicles and tools
- Be the champion messenger/communicator of Education Services values, the Proven Professional community, and the brand
Required knowledge and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Adobe software suite – InDesign, Dreamweaver is a definite plus
Experiences and Education:
- 2-3 years of project management experience in IT or other high tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree (business/marketing or technical) required
