Recruiter Comment: Looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support marketing team with product launches and reporting.
Job Description

Summary: Support Tier 1 Carrier Account marketing with device launches, contracts, invoice processing, and weekly reporting.

 

Duties:

·         Provide administrative support for Sr. Manager

·         Manage budgets: allocate funds for incentives and regional marketing programs

·         Agency coordination and management

·         Interaction with customer for launch material approvals and requests

·         Interaction with Account team members supporting Marketing and Sales

·         Creation and review of marketing launch materials

·         Ideation and innovation of launch materials and concepts

·         Invoice and credit memo tracking, to ensure timely payment

·         Facilitate product positioning and launch presentations

·         Coordinate channel budget reports

·         Track marketing initiatives currently in market and their weekly reporting

·         Facilitate overall product marketing materials through launch process

·         Review and approval of product training website, product sales/marketing presentation material and other training documents created internally

 

Experience:

·         Highly organized/detail oriented

·         Project management capabilities

·         Creative and out-of-the box thinking

·         Above average MSFT office skills with focus on PPT

·         Experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred

·         Solid customer relationship skills

·         Marketing background preferred

·         Agency or agency management and plus

 

Background and Experience:

·         Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in the telecommunications industry.

·         Experience in a marketing or sales department, events management, functional company group developing, compiling, and presenting information on marketing products and services highly preferred.

·         Experience developing presentations and reports using a variety of PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic arts software.

·         Prior experience with mobile device marketing strongly preferred

·         Must be highly organized/detail oriented

·         Prior experience should include high volume, fast paced marketing project management activities

·         Graphic/visual eye for creative review

·         Solid customer relationship skills

·         Agency management experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.
  • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.

 

Physical/ Mental Demands and Conditions

  • Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 50% of work time.
  • Lift, move, or adjust general office equipment, boxes of marketing presentation, or media materials using proper procedures.
  • Physically make product marketing presentations or demonstrations to customers and internal and external groups using verbal and graphics communication modes.
