Facets Configuration Consultant to perform process testing, troubleshoot issues and resolve claim errors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish PCA for claims, providers and benefits.
• Build a product based on a benefit summary.
• Create new components.
• Analyze existing configuration and understand configuration needs.

EXPERIENCE:

• Running queries to support analysis.
• Configuring member benefits.
• Writing configuration summary documents.
