 Primary Responsibilities:

 Ingram Micro is growing and we have an immediate need for a creative sales minded individual to provide marketing and sales strategies for assigned channel programs (specifically, but not limited to, Public Sector Elite) and/or partners associated with reseller and vendor programs aligned to overall Channel Development vision.  We are seeking an independent, self- starting individual to support and drive our program values, the utilization of benefits and evolution of program content.  In addition the Channel Development Rep will provide advanced level support and education to external partners on marketing programs services and solutions provided by Ingram Micro and (at times in conjunction with vendor partners).

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience preferably in the high tech computer related environment.
• Must have demonstrated proven experience developing and implementing strategic channel marketing programs.
• An advanced understanding of the distribution channel preferred.
• Knowledge of technology products and distribution channels relative to assigned product category.
• Ideal candidate would have Public Sector knowledge
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required.
• Ability to communicate with executive level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner
• Bachelor's degree desirable or equivalent
• Travel up to 25% required
