Dari, Farsi, and Pashto Language/Intelligence Analysts

LOCATIONS:  Ft. Meade area, MD; Ft. Gordon, GA

JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking skilled linguists who have excellent translation skills. SIGINT experience and familiarity with the IC required. The candidates must be able to render transcripts and translations in to standard, idiomatic American English. The contractor will perform analysis, fusion, and reporting of intelligence data. Senior Language Analysts will perform as quality controllers for their peers and junior linguists.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Native language speaker or 3/3 DLPT or equivalent scores within the past year. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in translation or interpretation.  Prior experience in US Armed Forces uniformed service in eastern hemisphere countries. Professional proficiency in written and spoken target language.

Familiarity with the history, culture, and contemporary political-military affairs of eastern hemisphere countries. Experience and skill in producing basic and estimative finished intelligence products and in providing timely and responsive intelligence support.

Must hold a current TS/SCI and CI polygraph clearance and be willing to take FS polygraph.

DESIRED SKILLS: Excellent research skills, experience writing analytical reports, and the ability to brief senior analysts.  Must be able to work well in a team setting. Must be able to interact with customer at a highly professional level.

Must be amenable to shift work.
