We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to work in the DC office of a major law firm.  

Must have strong management skills and at least 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Candidates should be knowledgeable of recruiting practices, employee relations, compensation and billing systems.  Will be responsible for managing the workload of paralegals across several offices.

Bachelor's degree and large law firm experience is required. Paralegal certificate is preferred.
