We have a client in a northwest suburb of Boston with a perm opening for a Prin Software Engineer with strong Image Processing experience.

This person will join a small group as a Prin R&D Engineer focused on creating the next generation medical device products.  Responsibilities include advanced research and development related to algorithm design for image processing
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Prin engineer with a strong commercial background in image processing and algorithm design and development
Must possess solid  C++ programming skills for implementation of image and signal processing algorithms. 
Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering or science degree with algorithm desing and image processing emphasis.  
8 + years of experience in industry plus institutional R&D lab experience.
