POSITION OVERVIEW: The Global Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the global staffing function with reporting, analysis and data integrity for all recruitment related information. Essential Duties will be designing processes and procedures and generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on global recruitment activity/metrics. Producing ad hoc reports as needed. Oversight of the HR recruitment reporting schedule and working with recruiters globally to produce and collect relevant staffing data. This includes producing open requisition reports from Brass Ring and other sources as well as business group reports. Will serve as global Business Analyst/ subject matter expert for the Global Staffing Teams. |

Duties: |
Leverages technology, analytical and technical skills to gather and evaluate data from many different sources Establishes relationships with global recruitment teams Researches and uses Excel formulas to generate reports that are accurate and insightful Collaborates with HR coordinators to mitigate potential risks by proposing data rationalization and clean up strategies or new processes, as well as, end-to-end reporting and data integrity solutions Proactively identifies and resolves data and or process issues Recommends ongoing reporting improvements/enhancements |

Skills: |
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical reporting role Experience working in a global and highly metrixed environment Strong process and project management skills Strong understanding of metrics, metrics utilization, interpretation and dashboards – experience preparing reporting and analytics High-energy, creative, leader and problem solver Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated Strong ability to motivate with an open communication style and collaborative approach Strong personal presence and self-confidence with engaging interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of navigating effectively globally and between all levels of management Strong analytical, business savvy and strategic thinking competencies with an organized approach to thought and actions Ability to approach challenges with creativity and enthusiasm; courage to take positions advocating change Demonstrates resilience and persistence in getting things done Strong presentation and reporting competencies using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare and deliver executive reports and analyze data Demonstrates strongest ethical values, committed to the highest personal and professional standards of conduct |
