Job Description
Account Representative
Our client is a global provider of technology-based outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry. They offer a unique opportunity for an Account Representative to manage relationships with brokerage clients.
In this position you will assist clients in the brokerage sector. You will act as liaison with customers and the internal product group in requesting new development or customization of existing services.
Location: Vancouver
Salary: $45,000 - 50,000
Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss projects and to understand needs

Track requests, issues and resolutions

Review project documentation, implement custom requirements, test new software releases for respective clients
- Assist with training clients on products as requested
- Compile and distribute monthly reporting
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of new products, releases and enhancements
Requirements:
-
College or university degree
-
Minimum 2 years of financial/securities industry experience

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) considered an asset

Strong computer skills; advanced user of MS Office

Familiarity with Dataphile, Remedy/BR or UNIX considered an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
