Client is looking for IT Support Technician - Sacramento, CA. This is a 10-12 weeks contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Local candidates only.
 
My client is currently seeking an IT Support Technician who will support inter-departmental and end user requests. The position will mostly be required to assist with day to day requests. Other duties include administration of the office phone system and mobile communication systems like cell phones, wireless broadband devices and smart phones. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting a majority of the following systems: Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, MS Office, MS Exchange, Terminal Server, Black Berry, Active Directory, SAP, Cisco, Back up Exec, and Auto CAD. To qualify for this position, the minimum qualifications are required:

* IT degree or associates degree
* A+ or Microsoft Certification
* At least 3 years IT Support Tech experience
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in Desktop Hardware, WIFI Cards (broadband), Printer Support, Microsoft Office (all versions), Ghost Imaging desired
