Job Description
Seeking a talented Ruby Developer to support the Publishing group, including Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, and various other publications. You'll be working with bright individuals who have a passion for programming and submitting to open-source projects. Our culture is easy-going and much more akin to a startup.

Requirements:
•A willingness to learn, and teach, and make a lasting impression.
•At least 1 year of experience working directly with Ruby. Past contributions to Open Source Projects, or maintaining your own project are a huge plus.
•1 year experience working with Rails
•Experience with jQuery
•Familiarity with Git or other distributed version control system
•Enough SQL to understand what Rails is doing under the covers. Experience with CouchDB or other Document store a plus.
•A good sense of humor.
•Familiarity with Test Driven Development, preferably RSpec and Cucumber.

Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain web-based software systems in Ruby utilizing industry standards and best practices.
•Ruby on Rails programming following Test Driven Development and/or Behavior Driven Development.
•Ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
