PHP Developer is responsible for implementing projects from design and functional specifications. 

Depending on the project, this may include the following responsibilities: 
• Implements business logic and integration services 
• Interacts with clients and project leads to provide technical direction and recommendations 
• Implements front-end layout and behavior with HTML, Javascript and CSS 
• Unit tests and documents work 
• Collaborates with senior engineers and project leads on technical decisions 
• Learns and adheres to company coding standards and conventions 
• Database design, implementation and query development 
• Provides exploratory and budget estimates as well as feasibility assessments

Qualifications: 
• Experience developing web applications with PHP and MySQL 
• Strong HTML, Javascript and CSS skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team-orientation 
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Fast-learner and self-starter

Preferred: 
• Familiarity with PHP CMS frameworks such as Drupal, Joomla! and ExpressionEngine 
• Some Familiarity with Magento is a plus BUT NOT required!
• Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs/web services 
• Familiarity with AJAX/Javascript frameworks 
• System administration experience installing and configuring production hosting servers 
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
