Job Description
Customer Service / Inside Sales
Essential Duties (Not Prioritized):
Daily
- Process customer orders when received via phone, fax, mail or email
- Maintain existing business relationships with current customer base
- Promote team working environment within group
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers
- Process customer request for pricing, delivery and expediting orders
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or fax
- Provide assistance to outside sales as they request
- Work with existing manufacturers to satisfy customer needs
Occasional
- Promote represented products to customers using outbound phone calls
- Participate actively in product education opportunities

Education/Qualifications/Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 to 3 years experience in selling / customer service environment
- Must be able to adapt to stringent and detailed contract requirements and paperwork completion
- Must also be able to pleasantly deal with people and some understanding of business is very helpful.

Hours – Monday thru Friday, Start times vary between 7:30 & 8:30AM, ½ hour lunch, Stop times vary between 4 & 5:00PM
