JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Business Analyst on Full Time Employment(FTE) at Hartford/Windsor,CT with the following experience and Skills..
Relevant Experience:
Technical/Functional Skills :
- Property & Casualty insurance rating and underwriting knowledge.
- Experience in requirements, warehousing, and reporting tools (part of the assignment will be writing specs for Business Objects reports)
- Ability to conduct requirement sessions and gather business requirements from end customers.
- Proficient in requirement gathering Techniques.
- Convert user requirements to Business functional specs.
- Ability to assist with database modeling by providing inputs to Data modeler.
- Ability to interact with Technical team, clarifying business queries.
- Use case diagram.
- Run test cases and validate
- Insurance certifications are preferred (CPCU).
- Documentation skills(Word, excel)
