My client is a new start-up with approximately 10 years of success. They offer small to medium sized businesses the next level of payroll solutions. Targeting businesses from 1 employee to 1000 employees, they offer an impeccable level of customer service with the right technology to fulfill the most complex payroll needs. They offer what the large providers can’t: Service and Quality.
This position requires an entrepreneur spirit with a core that requires hard work and determination to succeed. The company was built on an idea and with over 1500 clients, they are experiencing a great impact into the marketplace. My client is seeking to add more successful account executives to their team (Hudson, Union and Essex County). Your role will involve setting appointments for the outside sales reps. The interview process involves a series of interviews which includes a field observation.
- Base $35,000 with Year 1 @ plan $45,000-50,000
- Bonus based on appointments made that outside reps closed
