My client is a full-service clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory who is now looking to expand the availability of their new, revolutionary diagnostic test. They are currently seeking a Central New Jersey Rep to cover Union County to Monmouth County. The rep will be selling to all specialties within their territory.  We believe the successful candidate will make a major contribution to the growth of the company while participating in an interesting and varied sector of the laboratory testing industry.

Profile:

• Medical Sales with w/Top Rankings, President's Club)
• Diagnostic Lab Sales Medical Sales/Device/Lab Reps Backgrounds
• Hospital Reps selling Vaccine Reps/Immunization/Diagnostic
• Seeking reps with 1, 3 or 4 positions max since College with most recent role 2-4 years

• Responsible for finding new business but also maintaining existing accounts.  

Requirements:

• Most recent experience in Lab Sales with prior B2B sales
• Good background for identifying target customers and managing a large territory
• Lab experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and preferably ACT  CRM program
• Eager to learn the business and able to offer creative ideas on ways to continually improve it
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Offering:

• Salary up to $65,000+ (negotiable)
• Commission – on all gross business, new or existing accounts, for life of account
• $400/mo car allowance plus reimbursement on all gas
• Full benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
