Medical Device – Clinical Key Account Director

Our client is a leading manufacturer in surgical systems. Their systems are designed to provide surgeons with superior visualization, enhanced dexterity, better precision and ergonomic comfort. Over the last decade, with the use of their systems, patients experience less better outcomes with less complications and shorter hospital stays.

This company is looking for a motivated, talented Key Account Director. This aggressive individual contributor will be responsible for hospital systems and will work on a very high level targets C level Executives.



Ideal Candidates:

- High end person who can sell capital.
- Experience in corporate, key and national accounts.
- Must have sold at the administrative level with a clinical focus
- Experience with large group deals preferable in a hospital setting.
- Enterprise level software in vertical environment.
- Individual contributor role with experience closing 30-50 deals closed/year.

Must have Min. of 5-10 years of successful relative experience. Strong documentation of success including but not limited to key wins, reports, multiple/consecutive awards, over quota performances, etc

Targets: Hospitals and Surgical specialties:

This position offers competitive salary along with commissions as well as great benefit package.

REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree required (traditional)
• No Gaps from School or Positions
• Min. 5-10 years in Medical Sales/Device Managment
• Progression within a company from rep to manager
