Our client is seeking a Technical Lead with the following experience.

1) Person who had played a technical lead position on VB6.0/ASP/VB.NET with Mainframe skills as an advantage.
2) Ability to handle a group of 10 - 12 people, balancing of work loads and work on the day to day prioritization.
3) Minimum experience of 10+ years.
4) Multi tasker and good communication skills.

This person will be on contract for the initial 6 months and will be converted as an employee with yearly bonus plus full benefits.
