We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in sales, business development and/or prior business ownership with a true entrepreneurial spirit. .
Three to five years of solid outside sales/and or business related experience is required.
Insurance sales experience is a plus.
Previous Small Business ownership is desired.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates must have or be able to obtain both NY Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance sales licenses before they start the program.
A very good credit rating is a must-have.
A positive net worth is also required.
Excellent time management skills with a strong self-directed orientation.
