Senior Training Manager – Aircraft Engineering Services

We are looking for a Senior Training Manager with aircraft engineering experience to train aviation engineering students to international standards.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that the school operates to the expected standards in accordance with the requirement of the regulatory authorities. The manager will be in charge of the strategy and further development of the organization and will be responsible for leading a team of aviation instructors and managing the day to day activities of the school from student recruitment to successful graduation. The manager will be the budget holder and custodian of academic standards that meet world class needs.

Expected experience will include a combined background of both aviation engineering and aviation education for at least 10 years ideally having held a postholder function in an EASA approved P147 organisation. Knowledge of EASA 145/147 regulations is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to have an immediate impact. Tact, diplomacy, people skills as well as excellent communications skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
