Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Director
Job Location: West Palm Beach area, FL

Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Director is accountable for coordinating the activities and providing clinical and administrative leadership and expertise in one or more defined areas of the medical center. He/she contributes to the vision, mission, strategic plan of the organization, and is accountable for the standards of care and practice in the areas where clinical nursing is practiced. In addition, the Director possesses knowledge of JCAHO, AOA, Florida Department of Health guidelines, rules and regulations of the hospital, and has a thorough understanding of sound management principles. 160+-bed growing acute care hospital.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- BSN degree required
- 5+ years’ nursing experience required
- 5+ years’ leadership experience
- TNCC, CEN, CCRN certification(s) preferred
