Job Description

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Accountable to own and achieve territory business objectives, including sales growth and market share
• Persuade and influence target customers to preferentially select GSK products
• Maintain high level of GSK product knowledge, disease state, and competitor intelligence.
• Analyse business and develop territory business plan to include
• Plan and execute call routing on identified targets, achieving frequency and reach with designated milestones agreed by territory selling team.
• Effectively plan and use resource allocation to maximize Return on Investment.
• Utilize approved promotional materials on territory, consistent with current marketing strategy.
• Develop productive working relationship with territory business partners and Field Sales Specialist to achieve maximum customer impact.
• Execute Sales Activities in accordance with the Medicines Australia and GSK International Code of Conduct.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in a science or business related discipline is preferred
• Successful track record in pharmaceutical sales
• Analytical skills
• Business acumen
• Effective use of key software products & systems (eg Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ETMS)
• Strong communications skills are essential
• The ability to influence and make an impact
• Strong territory planning and analytics skills
• Passion and enthusiasm to develop your career.
