REQUIRED:
>Experience in the design and deployment of large, complex networks andvoice systems
>Strong Working knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocol
>Avaya CM 5.x and 6.x Administration
>Avaya S8800, G-series gateways, AudioCodes, and Session Board Controllers
>Avaya IP phone product line on H.323 and SIP
>Working knowledge of underlying network technologies and server setup andsupport
>Avaya System and Session Manager Administration

HIGHLY DESIRABLE SKILLSET:
>Microsoft OCS, Lync, and UM integration experience
>ACME SBC Configuration and support
>NICE voice and screen recording systems
>Cisco Call Manager knowledge
>SharePoint, WiKi, Web Develepment
>Strong Windows and Linux server skills
