1.        Architect and implement Baan ERP LN system

2.        Support Business System ERP Add On applications like Pocket Margin DB, Pocket Margin Calculator, Global Spend DB, Stratum Dashboards, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), etc., as necessary

3.        Develop and document ERP business process models

4.        Project Manage multiple ERP site implementations

5.        Coordinate with ERP LX resources in Americas, EMEA and APAC IT and Business resources to ensure Global data standards and processes

6.        Identify business processes that could be streamlined with ERP solutions

7.        Identify business issues / gaps and architect creative solutions to address the issues/gaps

8.        Evaluate user requests in area of subject expertise and make appropriate recommendations

9.        Lead functional team collaboration in resolution of functional issues

10.        Develop and implement End-User support processes and systems

11.        Provide level II functional support to identify and resolve problems on Baan ERP LN and other applications

12.        Train, support, audit, and provide feedback to implementers to assure implementations consistent with authorized model procedures

13.        Facilitate decisions on functional training content methodology and procedures

14.        Will be required to travel in the US and Canada as needed

15.        Investigate and respond to user help requests, questions and problems

16.        Performs other duties as assigned     

Background Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in I.S., a relevant discipline and/or related curriculum required.

Experience: 5 – 8 years of strong Baan ERP application experience in Manufacturing and Distribution.   At least one year solid experience in Baan V and/or ERP LN in the areas of Order Management, Warehouse Management, Enterprise Planning and Manufacturing modules.  3 plus years Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills: Must be able to handle multiple projects in a dynamic fast paced team environment.  Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with peers, management, and third parties.  Self motivated and directed.  Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to other team members.  Have proven track record of project dedication and follow through.  Consistently exhibits a positive, “can-do” attitude.  Industry Certifications (APICS, PMP etc.,) are a plus
