Job Description
Our client is a small office environment architectural firm specializing in single and multi-unit residential architecture, currently in need of an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to develop & prepare working drawings, details/layouts/elevations, etc from preliminary concepts.
 
This is a contract opportunity with longer term potenial and possibility to become permanent for the 'right' candidate.
 
 
REQUIREMENT:
  • Graduate of a formal Architectural Technology program with 5 years experience – ideally combining single family and multi-unit residential/low-rise condo apartments, retirement residence type projects
  • Extremely strong Autocad skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work with consultants and clients
  • Strong research skills and ability to apply information on building codes and bylaws
  • Ability to work well and communicate with others, with mutual respect, in a small office environment.
