Job Description:  

Education Bachelor's Degree, technical equivalent, or commensurate professional experience.

Experience 5-10 years of professional experience. Please note that at least 4 years of U.S. experience is required.

Skills Experience in designing and developing applications pertinent to the development platform. For Java development, proficiency in Java (J2EE/J2SE), XML/XSL, HTML, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, ExtJS, and SQL, and additional skills of value include IBM iSeries, COBOL, DB2, UML/RUP, Struts, Ant, ClearCase, and Eclipse. For JDE development, proficiency in Report Design Aide, Table Design Aide, business function C-code design tools, SQL, C++, and additional skills of value include JDE mechanisms for package build and deployment , security, upgrades and updates, and IBM iSeries. For Domino development, proficiency in LotusScript, @Formula language, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and the Domino Designer, and additional skills of value include Dojo Toolkit , XML, DXL, and Java. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven programming skills, aptitude to learn quickly and the ability to effectively communicate programming information on a user level. This position requires a willingness to mentor less experienced developers .
