Global manufacturing organization has a need for an HR Manager to join their team.  This position will oversee 2 employees and is seeking strong labor and union experience.  This is a great opportunity to join a global, industry leader that will offer a strong career path. 

• Must have 7-10 years of progressive human resources experience out of a union manufacturing environment
• Must have in-depth knowledge of a wide range of labor management relations and/or employee relations issues, such as administration of labor agreement, negotiation strategies, labor-management cooperation initiatives, etc.
• Bachelor's degree required (HR or related)
• PHR/SPHR highly preferred
