Leading & Managing an organisation which is primarily into information and records management (RIM)/Logistics/supply chain  in India  which includes sales and operations   

We are looking at a Sales and Operations leader who is equipped with the right CXO level connects to propel this organisation in  a different league. 

Must have skills

1. Experience in handling large teams across India

2. Experience in setting up of operations ,streamlining operations, increasing productivity and operational efficacy.

3. Experience in leading sales teams pan india to perform beyond corporate expectations.

4. Razor sharp focus on P&L management and budgetary direction

5. 5 years plus Experience in Turnarounds and Change management

5. Total experience 15- 25 years 

6. Relevant experience 5 years plus
