InterQuest Solutions, Carphone Warehouse's non-permanent workforce provider is hiring Temporary Customer service Advisors to work at the Carphone Warehouse's contact centre in Preston, Lancashire. Successful candidates will be offered 2 weeks training followed by 40 hours per week covering shifts between 8am-9pm Monday through to Sunday.
**Please note this is a 12 week contract role initially - with a view to becoming permanent afterward, if criteria is met**
Hourly Pay Rate: £6.50
The purpose of the role is to retain customers by employing excellent sales and service skills and provide 1st Contact Delight to all customers, both external and internal. You will promote and demonstrate Contact Centre Values and support the dedicated customer service function where required. As an advocate for excellent customer service you will need to keep abreast of any changes in company and competitor operations, products tariffs and services which will enable you to identify further opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.
You will be tasked with meeting or exceeding minimum targets; Keeping up to date with all current products and promotions; Constantly ensuring high standards of customer experience are met, and gathering ideas to improve methods and customer experience.
