Our Oil and Gas client is seeking two very technical Tier 2 Support Analysts for both a 6 month, and 12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large, enterprise Windows environments. This will be a blend of server, network, and desktop troubleshooting responsibilities. Our client is seeking someone who is technical enough to see an incident or problem to resolution. At the same time they want an individual who can quickly assess which group the issue should be handed over to if it cannot be resolved. No prior Oil and Gas experience necessary, however this will be an asset.
