Duties:
Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of staffing needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.

Skills:
3-5+ years of relevant work experience Previous Pharmaceutical Industry experience Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Brass Ring. Experience in behavioral based interviewing preferred. Capable to work with high volume, able to prioritize and work independently.

Education:
College Degree preferred
