Required skills/experience: Experience level: 5 years. Should be proficient in IBM Business Montior 7.5. Must have done Websphere Business Monitor implementation in atleast one big Enterprise Projects.

Desired skills: Desired to have Java/J2EE webservice development hands-on experience. Preferable to have Websphere Process Server(IID75) exposure/experience

Other Skills: Should be able to lead the team. Should be flexible for Onsite-Offshore coordination work
