Title: OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant

Location: NJ

Duration: 6-9 Months

Skills Required:

• Experience/knowledge of OpenText Vendor Invoice Mgmt (VIM)
• Expertise with SAP FI and in particular Accounts Payable processing (AP)
• Knowledge of SAP Workflow, including customization and administration
• SAP ABAP expertise for custom development/extensions

Requirement Details:

• Assist Colgate GIT and Business team with OpenText configuration, custom development and testing
• Advise Colgate on best practices and implementation/use of the VIM system
• Develop documentation of custom and standard processes
• Trouble-shoot system issues during testing and initial go-live
• Functional and/or technical knowledge/experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management version 6.0 (or 5.2 at a min)
• Strong ABAP development, including WebDynpro development
• SAP Workflow experience in addition, experience or familiarity with OpenText Invoice Capture Center (ICC) OCR server and related scanning technology would be very beneficial/useful.
