SERFF Product Support Intern (closed)
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) currently has an opening for a SERFF Product Support Intern. The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email, assist in Business Analysis tasks, data entry, user registration for online tutorials, writing documentation
The ideal candidate must be a current college student working toward a degree in computer-related fields or business fields of study. Good technical abilities required, SQL preferred, customer service experience preferred. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and possess an excellent work ethic. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Must be a team player who can manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week. The pay for this position is $11.00 - $12.00 per hour, depending on experience.
