• Data modeling, extract, transformation, and loading concepts – must be able to write SQL queries

• High tolerance for ambiguity and dynamic/agile development

Nice-to-Have skills:

• Service-Now.com application development experience
• OOA/OOD/OOP skills
• Web Service technologies like WSDL/WADL/SOAP
• EAM/Active Directory/SSO security integrations
• Apache Tomcat web application development
• Expert in SQL database tuning
• HTTP protocol internals, request tracing/debugging
