Our client is a leading provider of electronic discovery and fixed fee document review services has an immediate opening on their sales team as a Regional Director in New York, NY.  Only industry sales professionals with a proven track record will be considered.  Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 3 years of litigation support, e-discovery or document review sales experience, with a proven history of meeting and exceeding quotas, with a W-2 that reflects such success. Frist year on target earnings exceed $150,000.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • $2,000,000 quota and a qualified sales funnel to support 3-4 times your sales quota
  • Closing 2-4 new logos per year
  • Preparing territory plans, account blueprints and individual account plans that adequately describe and prioritize the target accounts, sales strategies, approach plans and key activities
  • Appropriately utilizing all available resources, including technical, executive, and legal, at strategic points in the sales engagement
  • Networking with target prospects and customers at trade shows and market development events to create new relationships and strengthen existing ones
  • Leading the response to RFPs and RFIs
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly key activity metrics for your territory to support the sales funnel and quota
  • Staying abreast of market trends and competition in your assigned territories and accounts and providing actionable feedback to product and executive management teams
  • Building long lasting relationships with key people in target accounts
  • Maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date account, contact and opportunity data in CRM database, Salesforce.com

Educational, Technical and Functional Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated presentation skills with ability to present complex solutions in a formal environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent listening skills
