KEY ACCOUNT/NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Garden Grove, CA
Start $83K + bonus & profit share ($10-12,000)
Progressive Computer Electronics distributor is looking for a Key Account/National Account Manager to join their fast growing company. This person will manage key accounts; maintain long term relationships with accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To closely manage and develop existing customers by employing a consultative, partnership approach
- To be involved in developing account management strategies and tactical plans for all
assigned key accounts
- To conduct a number of customer meetings in line with the agreed sales plan, focusing on understanding the customers business, identifying their needs and proposing appropriate product
- Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated key accounts
- To increase the value of the portfolio in line with the agreed annual sales plan
- To collaborative with the Marketing team to maximize opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree, in a business related area or equivalent related work experience
- Three to five years of work experience as a Key Account Manager in a consumer electronic accessory field required
- Intermediate computer proficiency and skills Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
