Native Polish/English Customer Services Executives CA/1097 (closed)
You must be Native Polish with fluency in Polish & English both written and spoken.
You must enjoy dealing with people and be committed to improving levels of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the internet, previous experience of working within the betting industry and/or in a customer services role as well as being motivated and be able to work on their own initiative.
The main responsibilities for the role will be to communicate via email and telephone with clients of the business to aid them with any questions, queries they may have. Examples are; lost passwords, transaction queries; log in problems etc
This position requires you to work shifts including weekends over a 5 day period. The hours of work include 8am - 4pm, 12pm – 8pm & 12am – 8am.
This position is to start asap.
