7. Ant for build scripts
8. Eclipse/WebLogic Workshop
9. JUnit for unit test development
10. Hudson build automation tools
11. Oracle SQL
12. Oracle Coherence
13. ClearCase
14. Exp in leading a team of 5-8 resources, allocate tasks and ensure quality deliverables.

Nice to have:

• WebLogic Portal Administration
• WebLogic LDAP, WebLogic security
• Apache
• Unix shell scripting / Linux
