·         Should have minimum 8-10 year experience of which last 5 years should be on Global Service Delivery 

·         If the candidate has windows, IIS and SCOM exposure, it is preferred.

·         Experience in onsite & offshore delivery model

·         Good technical knowledge in Datacenter operation & monitoring

·         Experience in managing a technical team of minimum 15 members at onsite

·         Good  knowledge in project management and execution

·         Good analytical skills, ability to identify issues and suggest recommendations

·         Excellent in ITIL process (incident, problem & change management)

·         Experience in client review with Director and above level

·         Should be a good man manager
