Conroe Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a Director of Quality for it’s 322-bed acute care facility located in Conroe, Texas.

Under the general supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Quality will provide administrative and operational direction of Quality Management and Risk Management functions in keeping with the overall mission of Conroe Regional Medical Center with a focus on providing services promoting cost-effective, quality care by all levels of practitioners.

This highly visible position is accountable for assisting the development, management and coordination of the hospital-wide Quality Improvement Program.

Primary responsibilities include JCAHO preparation, data management, and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications include:

• A Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Current licensure in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse
• Educational background related to administrative activities of health care facilities.
• Experience in health care delivery systems with focus on Quality Initiatives and Risk Management or related activities required.
