As a Home Based Inbound Sales Rep, you would be booking cruises for our members and providing the highest level of quality service on all calls. This position has an earning potential of 30k - 40k for successful sales consultants (hourly & commission). Top producers earn even more! And do it all from the comfort of your own home!
To work from home, there are equipment & system requirements that must be met including (but not limited to):
A home computer with Dual Core Processor (desk top or lap top provided by employee):
Windows Operating System XP, Vista, or 7
High speed internet access (provided by employee, cannot be satellite)
A designated home work environment free of noise & distraction
This position will train in our Scottsdale office for a minimum of 6 weeks. After succssful completion of training, you will transition into a home based role.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Requires strong oral communication skills, particularly in negotiation.
Must have ability to process and accurately enter written information into computer database.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
* A high school degree or equivalent
* Previous 6 months or more sales experience preferred
* 6 months experience working in a call center environment preferred
* Previous customer service experience preferre
* Travel experience is a plus
