Job Description
Overview
Motivate, manage and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, assist in negotiation and closing of larger deals, support your direct reports at on site meetings, monitor and measure team performance and structure sales territories in a fair and equitable manner. Your team will be selling Quest Software solutions and will involve a mix of prospecting into new customers & developing business with existing customers.
