Job Description

AIM

 

To adhere to service level agreements when dealing with our customers and partners in the CSR specific language.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The key duties of the post are as follows:

  • Handle all incoming Customer e-mails, telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Follow up on customer queries not immediately resolved

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

 

We are looking for individuals who :

 

  • Are committed to improving levels of customer service
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner
  • Have ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Have first class customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Can work effectively under pressure
  • Are able to multi task
  • Possess very good IT user skills: Word/Outlook/Excel
  • Are fluent in Romanian and English.
  • Can demonstrate a keen interest in sports, poker and games
