Job Summary:

Supervises laboratory operations (blood bank), supporting the clinical laboratory testing needs of the Integrated Regional Laboratories System. Directly supervises the technical and support personnel in areas of responsibility on all shifts, guiding and developing their performance. Serves as the on-site resource for personnel in other departments as needed. Maintains highly efficient and professional operations to provide superb quality service. Supports the laboratory management team and staff to achieve department goals.    

Requirements:

FL MT Supervisors License
Bachelors Degree
Supervisors experience in Blood Bank, 2+ years
