Oracle Primavera Portfolio Manager software expert to implement and support Oracle Primavera Portfolio Manager product on several projects in a classified multi-tiered environment. Work will involve tailoring the Portfolio Manager tool to accommodate developing forms, spreadsheets, fields, and simple queries from a Division Level portfolio activity to that of a large enterprise level portfolio activity.

Mandatory Skills - Candidate must have all skills listed: 

-Resource should have a high degree of expertise in Primavera Portfolio Manager and Primavera P6 

-Resource should have Primavera P6 Bridge expertise for delivering an integrated Primavera suite 

-Resource should have considerable knowledge of portfolio management activities 

-Resource should have technical background in developing forms, spreadsheets, fields, and simple queries in an Oracle (11G) based application 

-Strong communications, customer service and technical problem resolution skills 

-Engineering expertise in implementing and maintaining web based software systems 

-Engineering expertise in WebLogic, Microsoft IIS web server, Oracle 11g Grid, systems and user administration, data analysis, form, dashboard, and report design development

Desired Skills: 

-Resource should have background in development of project documentation, to include business and process workflows, training materials, and portfolio management documentation

-Resource should have knowledge of agency portfolio management 

-Resource should have knowledge of the agency budget life cycle
