My goal after a compass training (Msc in Information Systems in Sweden, Linnaeus University) with my experiences and expertise is to help and make part of a dynamic and successful company.

Establishing Interne Banking For Most popular financial bank of home country (8 years supporting and maintenance, for about 4,000,000 accounts, 50 services, )
Preparation the Bank Business, technical and cultural issues for using Internet as media of various processes. Preparing datacenter with about 2 Terabyte SAN switched storage, outbound FastEthernet connection and supporting national requests with telecommunications company backbone corporation.
Gradually, services have grown from one bank statement consumers to fifty national banking services. Governmental companies like Telecommunication, Energy, Fuel, Hajj and Pilgrimage and … for better service to themselves customers were our typical clients.

Boosting Internet Banking services quality Based on HP SAN storage solution (one Year, a project with 60’000 $ Storage investment)
Finding critical services which valued to use HP SAN storage equipments and software and its requirements (space need form storage, number of computers connected to San switches and other needs).
It was calling for San system tender as a part of hosting after first phase.
After about 5 years using common systems for delivering services to users, this system is a total technical solution for all Sadad-BMI Internet services like statement with about 100,000 users and BMI mail servers. It has been used for other about 38 services, covering all the needful information, reports, forms, expert needs, and their operation which perform daily for offline services. Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization is the first BMI customer which has been used this system for its BMI internet banking usage.

Approving hosting Information security systems (4 Years, a project with 500’000 $ Improving funding)
Assessing Information Security companies’ knowledge, for employing as a partner was my responsibility.
I was in charge, to get consultant for hosting information security and, approving secure "Information services" based on BS7799 and ISO 27001. Making stable policies and preparation for the bank needs and avoiding any kind of threat was one of aims of this project. For this objective I have made a subsection in my group especially for information security and they were going to professional programs about information security. Concurrently we have made a contract with a national famous information security Company which, win the RFP.(Request For Proposal)
After finishing this project, we have set of policies and approve information security of systems, regarding aspects which have been explained in ISO 27001.
Redhat Linux, Fortigate IDS/IDP, Monitoring software, KasperSKY antivirus, Netscreen firewall was used as hardware & Tools.
Establishing first Bank Melli Iran portal (3 month)
In 2005 BMI decided make its web site replace with optimize portal. Our company according to RUP planning have done project and, published on Internet. We have tried to be comprehensible what Informatics and Public relation, bureau as the bank agent mention for Technical team as producer.
C#, ASP.Net, Java Script, HTML, SQL , MS Visual Studio.NET, .NET Framework, MS Front Page, MS Image Composer, Oracle and Icon Work Shop, RUP modeling was used as hardware & Tools.
Designing Local Area Network for Agencies of the bank ( 3 month for 2000 station)
Local area network infrastructure and structure caballing, was objective of this project for main campus of the bank. Switches and routers Cisco, Extreme, Fortinet, Nortel were available.
Each one of these brands has particular discipline in design, weakness and strength. Benchmarking of these appliances according to network topology of bank and needs was goal of project. For three levels of computers network (Access, Edge, Core) made appropriate services.

Testing an open source WAP gateway Proposing as a first Mobile Banking Services for the bank. (3 Month, a project with about 250,000 $ potential benefit)
Until 2002 we have not had use to mobile banking in our banking systems. I have prepared a proposal by this pilot test and represented it. It was a service according WAP gateway technology method.
Kannel Wap gateway, Redhat Linux , Micro Soft web server, Apache, Qmail, Linux was used.
Establishing first infrastructure data center for the distance learning university (1 year, Essential Servers and services, network and appliances)
For distance learning university in WBT (web based training) model, internet facilities are compulsory. PNU (Payame Noor University) in 1999 planed for internet services like Operating system (FreeBSD, Linux), mail server (Sendmail,Qmail), access server (TACACS+), web server (Apache) . Also, for firewalling we have used Gateman 2000, which contributing to approve it. Authentication on this firewall was my “socket programming” effort. Four servers have been used for this mention. During one year, we provide a Datacenter and, PNU national network with IROST (Iranian Research Organization and Technology) partnership. One of my responsibilities was talking to provider (IROST) about eventually troubles of this hash network. This datacenter became model for other 44 datacenter around my home country.
