Senior Help Desk Professional (closed)
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Help Desk Professional to a join a growing technology firm in the St. Louis area. This is a full time direct opportunity and not a contract. Must be local to the St. Louis, Mo area. No relocation or visa sponsorship.
* You will be responsible for providing technical support and high levels of customer service in a help desk role.
* Responsible for handling all aspects of the service desk for internal and external employees/customers.
* Handle a wide range of issues ranging from software, applications, networks, hardware, etc.
* Must be polished and have excellent communication skills
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Must have 4 years of strong help desk experience where your duties and skills have grown over time
* Strong Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, firewalls, etc
* IT certifications are a big bonus
* Must have minimum of a 2 year technical degree
* Must have a valid state drivers license
* Must work well in a team environment
