Gunther Douglas’ client is seeking a NOC Technician for a 3+ month contract-to-hire opportunity in Lone Tree, CO. The candidate will be working in a customer facing, 24x7/365, NOC.

Shift:

1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM); willing to work at least 1 weekend day

Duties/Requirements:

-Customer facing remote repair technician in the broadband, DS3 and telecommunications transport group

-Understand DS3 testing, isolation and repair, Ethernet testing including RFC test, OCX testing and isolation

-Responsible for investigation isolation and repair, directing field technician dispatch where necessary and working with remote technicians and customers to resolve issues

-Drug and background screen required prior to start date
