Private health care group looking to add a Clinical Manager to it's practice.  Must meet the following requrements; 

RN Degree required (BS preferred) and 3-5 years experience in supervision or leadership role in medical environment

 Strong critical thinking , problem-solving and project management skills; ability to develop and implement creative solutions

• Strong management and leadership skills; ability to prioritize time and tasks efficiently and effectively for self and others, manage multiple competing demands, develop staff
• Knowledge of health care delivery systems, business strategies and patient centered care systems
• Strong management and leadership skills; ability to prioritize time and tasks efficiently and effectively for self and others, manage multiple competing demands, develop staff.
• Knowledge of laws related to patient rights, HIPAA confidentiality, patient related legal / ethical issues
• Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
